My singing lessons are ideal for both beginners looking to discover their voice and advanced singers aiming to refine their skills. With personalized instruction tailored to individual preferences and needs, I help everyone unlock the full potential of their voice. Discover how you can enhance your voice!
Yes, absolutely! Especially if you have little experience, your voice has great potential. Together, we can work specifically on properly training your voice and highlighting its uniqueness. I am guided by Alfred Adler: "It is not what one brings with him that matters, but what he makes of it."
All my lessons are conducted via Zoom VideoCall. After booking, you will automatically receive an email with a Zoom meeting link for your lesson. To start the singing lesson, simply click on the link and join the meeting. If you encounter any issues, you can reach me viaemail under hello@vocalynnie.com.
No, typically, phones, tablets, and laptops/PCs have adequate camera sound quality for Zoom calls, provided you have a stable internet connection. You are welcome to use a better camera or microphone, but it is not mandatory. Using headphones is recommended for better hearing during exercises.
Vocal Settings in Zoom: To ensure I can hear your singing voice clearly during our online session, please enable Original Sound for Musicians in your Zoom settings. This reduces unwanted background noises. I also recommend creating your own Zoom account to save this setting for future sessions.
Also, I recommend you share the computer sound with me, which is linked under "Share Screen" and then "Share Sound".
No, my singing lessons are exclusively conducted online. This decision allows for convenience and flexibility for all participants. You save time on travel and can attend lessons comfortably from anywhere. Additionally, I offer the option to record each singing lesson, enabling you to review and reinforce what you've learned at any time.
Choose a place where you feel comfortable and can concentrate without distractions to optimize your learning experience. A quiet space like your living room or kitchen, where you can set up your device on a table and use a chair, is ideal. Ensure there is enough space to sit, stand and move around freely. Locations like cars or small storage rooms are less suitable for lessons.
According to our Terms and Conditions, all booked lessons are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled. You can reschedule your lesson up to two hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to attend without prior notice does not entitle you to reschedule.
Don't worry! If technical issues such as internet or computer problems prevent you from attending your scheduled lesson, I will make an exception to my usual rescheduling policy. Simply email me at hello@vocalynnie.com, and we can reschedule the lesson.
Under guided instruction in lessons, most people safely learn extreme vocal sounds. By booking a lesson with me, you acknowledge the inherent risks of learning aggressive vocal techniques (harsh vocals). Vocalynnie and the business owner are not responsible for the decision to use aggressive singing or screaming techniques. Minors require parental consent to participate due to the health risks associated with these extreme vocal techniques. You find the consent form in the right corner in the footer linked on the homepage. All clients should understand and accept these risks. It is recommended to stop any sounds or actions causing pain, tension, or hoarseness.
Lessons start at the age of 15. For learning harsh vocals (screaming, shouting, etc.) by participants under 18, parental written consent is required due to the health risks of these extreme vocal techniques. The consent form can be easily completed and submitted on the homepage, you find it in the footer.
I teach in both German and English. You can choose the language you prefer.
Yes, you can record your lesson via Zoom. Additionally, I also secure a recording as a backup in case you lose your file.
